Founded in 2013, the MGH Radiology Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Office is a community of physicians, trainees, technologists, nurses, and administrators dedicated to addressing long standing inequities in health and healthcare as well as the advancement of our workforce through collaboration, personal and professional enrichment, mentorship, and support.

The Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Office is organized into 4 workstreams (Education, Workforce, Patient Experience, and Innovation), which span all aspects of the service and practice of radiology. With over 50 members, we continue to strive to promote equity in our practice and beyond.
